Allen Bradley 837T Series Solid State Temperature Sensors Allen-Bradley 837T solid-state temperature sensors offer a high-accuracy comprehensive solution for measuring temperatures in liquids, gases and vapours. The 837T display model has temperature measurement ranges from -20°C to 80°C and features IO-Link communications protocol. IO-Link allows sensors to easily integrate with the connected enterprise, delivering data from the sensor directly into a control system in an easy-to-use manner. Easy on-machine programming allows the sensors to be configured manually through the Studio 5000 Logix Designer software. The flexible 837T sensor with display offers various process connections and features a compact, rotatable housing (320°) and head (330°) to accommodate the most complicated applications. The sensors have 2 x PNP or 1 PNP and 4 mA to 20 mA analogue output configurations, probe lengths from 25 mm to 350 mm and an IP67 enclosure rating. Features and Benefits Temperature Range: -20…80 °C IO-Link communication Available in various process connections Rotatable housing (320°) and head (330°) Large visual display rotates 180° Output: 2 x PNP or 1 x PNP and 1 x Analogue (4 mA to 20 mA) IP67 enclosure rating Allen Bradley RTD Sensor, -20°C to +80°C Temperature Measuring Range, 250mm Probe Length - 837T-D3N14B25PA-D4 This Allen Bradley RTD sensor from Rockwell Automation precisely records the temperature of your industrial system's fluids. It detects temperatures between -20°C and +80°C, so is suitable for use in intense environments. As the tool outputs both digital PNP and analogue 4 to 20mA signals, it's conveniently compatible with many common processing devices. A 250mm length probe lets you easily take readings in hard-to-reach areas of your application. Thanks to built-in IO-Link connectivity, the sensor communicates across your network to deliver efficient data transmission. • Large push button interface for user-friendly device control • Resilient stainless steel housing for effective impact resistance • Current consumption of up to 70mA to minimise power usage • Sensor body rotates 320° and head by 330° for convenient checking • IP67 rating indicates a dust-tight design and protection against shallow water submersion, for use in harsh industrial environments Standards and Certifications • CE-marked • UKCA-approved • EN 60751 • EN 61326 What lifespan will I get from this RTD sensor? This sensor has a service life of 100 million operations, so you can be sure of long-lasting climate monitoring.
