The XS Series is a proposal for inductive proximity sensors for the detection of metal objects without physical contact.
This solid state sensor is designed for location, displacement and deformation control/monitoring.
The operating principle of this sensor is the working principle of a damped oscillator.
The degree of damping will depend on the distance of an object to the distance of the perception.
The sensor will detect the distance and will produce a directly proportional output current with this distance.
It is a 18 mm -diameter sensor with an analog output signal of 4MA to 20MA.
Two -wire, DC feeding, 12V – 24V. It has a metal case with a diameter of 18 mm and a 2 m long cable.
It has a 5 mm detection distance.
