The Pepperl + Fuchs Triangulation Sensor is designed for both standard and demanding applications. It features a compact miniature housing with two M3 metal-threaded mounting holes and a highly visible LED status indicator. Each sensor includes a sensitivity adjuster and a light-on/dark-on changeover switch for enhanced flexibility. Available in various versions, it uses either infrared or red light with Power Beam for easy alignment. Special BlueBeam versions are ideal for challenging environments, such as the solar and battery industries. The sensor offers a detection range of 5 to 350 mm, with an adjustment range of 30 to 350 mm. It uses a modulated visible red LED light source, producing a light spot approximately 20 mm in diameter at 350 mm distance.
