Refund policy

Because Alnajah Power supplies industrial and electrical equipment against written quotations, returns are handled case by case. Please contact our team before returning anything — goods sent back without prior agreement cannot be processed.

Eligible returns

We may accept the return of a stocked item that is unused, in its original condition and original manufacturer packaging, complete with all documentation and accessories, when the request is made within 14 days of delivery. A restocking charge may apply and will be confirmed before you return the goods.

Items we cannot take back

Special-order, made-to-order, obsolete and discontinued items sourced specifically for you, software and licences, and any item that has been installed, wired, modified or is no longer in saleable condition.

Incorrect or damaged goods

If we supply an item that does not match your quotation, or it arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a credit at no cost to you.

Manufacturer warranty

Products are covered by the warranty offered by their manufacturer. Warranty periods and terms vary by manufacturer and product; the applicable terms are confirmed with your quotation. We will assist you in raising a claim with the manufacturer.
