Shipping policy

Alnajah Power ships industrial automation and electrical products from our warehouse in Erbil, Iraq, to Baghdad and all Iraqi governorates, and internationally on request.

Lead times

Stocked lines are dispatched from Erbil. Items sourced to order, including obsolete and hard-to-find parts, have their lead time confirmed in writing with your quotation before you commit to an order. We do not dispatch against an order until the lead time has been accepted.

Shipping charges

This store does not sell at published prices. Shipping cost is quoted with the goods, based on weight, dimensions, destination and the delivery method you choose, and is stated on your quotation before you place an order.

International shipments

For deliveries outside Iraq, any import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the receiving party unless your quotation states otherwise in writing.

Inspection on delivery

Please inspect goods on receipt and report any shortage or transit damage to us within 7 days so we can raise it with the carrier.
