Terms of service

These terms govern the supply of goods by Alnajah Power ("we", "us") to the customer ("you"). By requesting a quotation or placing an order you accept them.

Quotations and pricing

This website does not display prices and does not take payment. Items added to a quote list are a request, not an order. Pricing, availability and lead time are confirmed in a written quotation. Unless the quotation states otherwise it is valid for 14 days and is subject to the goods remaining available.

Orders

An order is formed when you accept our quotation in writing and we acknowledge it. We may decline or cancel an order where goods have become unavailable, where the manufacturer has discontinued the item, or where a quotation contained a manifest error.

Products

We supply genuine products sourced from manufacturers and their authorised channels. Product descriptions, images and specifications on this website are provided by manufacturers and are for identification; they do not form part of a contract. It is your responsibility to confirm that a part is suitable for your application — our team will help you verify this before you order.

Payment

Payment terms are set out on your quotation or invoice. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Liability

Our liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production or profit, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the goods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
